Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits and topological systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for real-world enterprise applications
- Establish quantum security protocols resistant to quantum decryption attacks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum gate operations at cryogenic temperatures
- Create quantum algorithms for machine learning optimization and complex system simulations
- Present breakthrough research at international quantum computing conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Proven track record of leading quantum hardware-software integration projects
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and microwave control engineering
- Strong background in topological quantum computing and braiding operations
