Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks for commercial deployment by 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Design error-correction systems to achieve fault-tolerant quantum operations
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor integration
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-generation encryption systems
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and strategic partners
- Stay ahead of emerging quantum research through continuous learning
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier quantum journals
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (superconducting, ion trap)
- Strong analytical skills for solving complex quantum system challenges
