Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures using superconducting qubits and topological systems
- Develop error-correction protocols achieving 99.999% quantum fidelity
- Create hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for real-time problem-solving
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic system integration
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and strategic partners
- File 3+ patents annually in quantum computing innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years quantum architecture experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or topological computing
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum circuit optimization and decoherence mitigation
- Experience leading $10M+ quantum infrastructure projects
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning applications
