Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world applications in cryptography and optimization
- Lead the development of hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum error correction protocols
- Develop quantum simulation frameworks for drug discovery and materials engineering
- Create quantum security protocols for financial and government systems
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in cutting-edge quantum programming techniques
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum supremacy
- Proven track record of deploying quantum algorithms in production environments
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems and quantum annealing platforms
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., Quantum Safe Standards)
