Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Architect quantum-resistant security protocols for critical infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating quantum theory into deployable solutions
- Conduct research on quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence times
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-level stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum system architecture
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, etc.)
- Strong background in cryptography and post-quantum security standards
- Track record of delivering complex technical projects in regulated industries
