Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures optimized for 2026-era applications
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning
- Lead quantum error correction strategies to achieve fault-tolerant systems
- Create hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for enterprise deployment
- Partner with AI teams to integrate quantum accelerators into neural networks

- Secure patents for proprietary quantum methodologies and IP
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy thresholds and NISQ limitations
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures
