Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuit architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware engineers on quantum chip integration
- Produce technical documentation and patent disclosures
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum programming methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design implementation
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum journals
- Proficiency with superconducting and photonic qubit systems
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction protocols
- Experience leading quantum research initiatives
