Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum algorithms optimized for 100+ qubit systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum hardware-software interfaces
- Research and mitigate quantum decoherence challenges at scale
- Collaborate with security teams to develop quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Pioneer hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for real-world deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and error correction techniques
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum processor systems and control electronics
- Demonstrated ability to secure $1M+ in research funding or grants
- Strong background in machine learning applications for quantum optimization
