Responsibilities
- Architect quantum computing systems with 1000+ qubit scalability for enterprise applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems in finance and logistics
- Design fault-tolerant quantum memory systems with >99.99% fidelity
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable technical roadmaps
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptography systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years designing quantum computing architectures or large-scale HPC systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and topological qubit manipulation
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals or equivalent
- Mastery of quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and superconducting circuits
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
