Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols to achieve 2026 quantum supremacy milestones
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in quantum algorithm optimization and hardware-software integration
- Establish quantum security frameworks for next-gen cryptographic systems
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning and computational chemistry
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define quantum processor specifications
- Publish breakthrough research in leading quantum computing journals and conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years of quantum computing architecture or algorithm development experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction, fault tolerance, and compiler design
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed quantum computing research
- Mastery of quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation tools
