Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and error-correction protocols
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing systems
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum architectures for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and gate fidelity
- Research emerging quantum phenomena for practical implementation
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and venture partners
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in advanced methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological quantum computing
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks
- Strong background in superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Proven ability to translate theoretical models into practical implementations
