- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation labs
- Translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies
- Oversee implementation of zero-trust architectures and post-quantum security protocols

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in future-tech adoption cycles
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or bio-integrated systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on disruptive technologies
- Experience scaling systems handling petabyte-scale real-time data streams
- Certification in quantum security architecture (e.g., IBM Quantum Safe)
- Demonstrated track record of leading teams through multiple technology paradigm shifts
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/Rust preferred) and quantum assembly
