Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling enterprise-grade workloads.
- Lead the research and implementation of Generative AI models, including fine-tuning and deployment strategies.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI capabilities, anticipating trends in the 2026 technological landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing software ecosystems.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data privacy, algorithmic bias, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face libraries.
- Extensive experience designing MLOps pipelines and cloud-based AI infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision applications.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex AI projects on time.
