Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 100+ qubit systems
- Develop quantum algorithms solving complex optimization and simulation problems
- Create hybrid classical-quantum workflows for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum error correction protocol development and validation
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define quantum processor specifications
- Research emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonic quantum computing)
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
