Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with 100+ qubit systems
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for commercial viability
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum algorithm optimization
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit coherence enhancement
- Translate quantum computing concepts into enterprise solutions
- Publish research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and control electronics
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Track record of translating theoretical quantum concepts into practical systems
