Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for 2026-era applications
- Develop quantum algorithms optimizing cryptography, drug discovery, and climate modeling
- Implement quantum error correction systems achieving fault-tolerant thresholds
- Lead integration of quantum accelerators with classical HPC infrastructure
- Collaborate with Nobel laureates and MIT/Caltech research partners
- Define quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptographic systems
- Mentor quantum engineers and publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design

- Proficiency in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, color codes)
