Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and topological qubit stabilization
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize cryogenic quantum processor interfaces
- Develop proprietary quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics
- Secure $5M+ in quantum computing research grants annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development with published research in Nature/Science
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Proven track record of commercializing quantum technologies
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with quantum simulation libraries
