Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms solving optimization, cryptography, and simulation challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and engineers in quantum hardware-software integration
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen communication networks
- Drive research in quantum error correction and qubit stabilization techniques
- Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable roadmaps for commercial deployment
- Secure patents and publish breakthrough research in top-tier quantum journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and classical Python/ML frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction, topological qubits, and decoherence mitigation
- Published research in quantum computing or demonstrated industry leadership in quantum systems
- Expertise in superconducting, photonic, or trapped-ion quantum hardware
- Strong background in quantum machine learning and variational quantum algorithms
