Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems for commercial deployment by 2026
- Design error-corrected qubit networks with 99.99% fidelity targets
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for industrial optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant cybersecurity protocols
- Translate theoretical quantum models into hardware specifications
- Establish industry benchmarks for quantum advantage in real-world applications
- Present quantum roadmap to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quipper, Qiskit)
- Proven track record of designing quantum algorithms with commercial viability
- Familiarity with cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubit systems
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D funding for quantum initiatives
- Certification in quantum security frameworks (e.g., NIST IR 8105)
