Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems for commercial deployment by 2026
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing workflows for enterprise clients
- Lead research on quantum error correction and qubit stability optimization
- Develop security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography implementations
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define qubit connectivity specifications
- Create roadmaps for quantum computing scalability beyond current limitations
- Present architectural frameworks to executive stakeholders and technical boards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm design
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum hardware
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
