Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms and error-correction frameworks for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical computing pipelines
- Design fault-tolerant quantum processors with >1000 qubit capabilities
- Translate complex business challenges into quantum computing solutions
- Establish industry standards for quantum security protocols in 2026-era systems
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning integration
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture with published research
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance methodologies
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in complex systems design and optimization
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Published papers in top-tier quantum computing journals preferred
