Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with 100+ qubit coherence
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Create hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in quantum hardware/software integration
- Secure patents for novel quantum methodologies and architectures
- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum security standards
- Present breakthrough findings at leading quantum conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or equivalent
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum systems
- Proficiency in Q#, Qiskit, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
- Track record of leading successful quantum computing projects
