Responsibilities
- Design quantum circuit architectures optimized for 1000+ qubit systems
- Develop error-correction frameworks achieving 99.9% fidelity
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing stacks
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control system optimization
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
- Secure $10M+ in government grants for quantum initiatives
- Mentor PhD-level researchers in quantum algorithm development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing/Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 100 qubits
- Deep understanding of topological quantum computing models
- Familiarity with cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Experience securing SBIR/STTR grants
- Security clearance preferred
