Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and circuit architectures for 2026-era hardware
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing systems
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum error correction protocols
- Optimize quantum annealing solutions for logistics and cryptography
- Collaborate with AI teams to build quantum-ML frameworks
- Secure $500M+ in quantum computing patents and IP
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or hardware
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit design
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems or trapped-ion processors
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Track record of securing major research grants or patents
