Responsibilities
- Design quantum-resistant cryptographic systems and post-quantum security frameworks
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing infrastructures for enterprise scalability
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Lead quantum network topology design and quantum communication protocols
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world industrial applications
- Collaborate with research institutions on quantum hardware-software co-design
- Establish quantum safety standards and regulatory compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or related field (Master's with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm design or quantum systems engineering
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum cryptography and post-quantum standards
