Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers in quantum system integration
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum processors operating at 99.99% fidelity
- Establish quantum security frameworks for next-gen cryptographic systems
- Research and prototype quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Drive industry partnerships with quantum hardware manufacturers and research institutions
- Present breakthrough findings at international quantum computing conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Track record of leading complex technical projects with $10M+ budgets
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and superconducting qubits
- Strong patents portfolio in quantum technologies preferred
