Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of quantum computing research
- Published peer-reviewed work in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or hardware
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Proven track record of leading quantum computing projects with measurable impact
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy thresholds and NISQ limitations
