- Mentor PhD researchers and quantum engineers
- Partner with NASA, IBM, and MIT on quantum AI integration
- Develop quantum machine learning frameworks for 2026 deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum error correction
- Track record of securing federal research funding
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and mitigation strategies
