Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Experience leading technical research teams of 5+ members
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Clearance for handling sensitive quantum research data
