- Secure patents for novel quantum computing methodologies
- Present findings at premier international conferences (Q2C, APS March Meeting)
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proven track record of securing R&D funding ($1M+)
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
