Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier journals on quantum error correction or topological computing

- Proven track record of leading quantum computing projects with measurable impact
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerant architecture designs
