Responsibilities
- Architect and execute quantum computing research roadmaps targeting 2026 technological milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing novel quantum algorithms for real-world applications

- Secure and manage multi-million dollar research grants from government and private institutions
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 8+ years research experience
- Published 15+ peer-reviewed papers in quantum information science
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proven track record of securing NSF/DARPA-level research funding
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience leading teams in high-stakes research environments
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and post-quantum cryptography
