Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing and implementing quantum algorithms with 99.9% fidelity
- Develop error-correction protocols for next-gen quantum processors
- Secure $5M+ in government and private research grants
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science journals annually
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise clients
- Mentor PhD candidates in our Quantum Fellowship Program
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence times
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum SDKs
- Experience securing federal research grants (NSF/DOE)
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
- Track record of patent-pending quantum innovations
