Responsibilities

- Secure $5M+ in federal and private research grants
- Author breakthrough publications in Nature/Science journals
- Architect quantum-resistant security frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Mentor PhD researchers and patent novel quantum computing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years leading quantum research teams at recognized labs (IBM, Google, MIT)
- Published 15+ peer-reviewed papers on quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or comparable quantum frameworks
- Track record of securing NSF/DOE grants >$2M
- Deep understanding of Shor's algorithm and error correction protocols
- US citizenship required for government contract compliance
