Responsibilities

- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through NSF and DARPA proposals
- Publish peer-reviewed research in Nature/Science journals
- Translate quantum breakthroughs into patentable IP portfolios
- Advise C-suite on quantum strategy implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years in quantum computing research with 5+ leadership roles
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience securing federal research grants
- Deep knowledge of quantum hardware (superconducting/ion trap)
- Strong background in quantum machine learning applications
