Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of quantum physicists and software engineers

- Drive patent development and publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals
- Oversee quantum hardware integration and error correction protocols
- Develop roadmaps for quantum advantage implementation in real-world scenarios
- Secure $5M+ in research funding through strategic proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development with proven publications
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Experience leading technical teams and managing R&D budgets
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into commercial applications
