Responsibilities

- Publish peer-reviewed research in Nature/Science journals and present at major quantum conferences
- Secure $5M+ annual research grants through federal and private partnerships
- Mentor PhD researchers and establish quantum computing curriculum for next-gen scientists
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years research experience
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing journals (minimum 5 high-impact papers)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant system design
- Proven track record of securing government/private research funding
- Deep knowledge of quantum machine learning and hybrid quantum-classical architectures
- Experience leading technical teams of 10+ researchers
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
