Responsibilities

- Secure competitive research grants and publish in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Develop partnerships with quantum hardware providers and research institutions
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into patentable technologies
- Mentor junior researchers and establish quantum computing best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Proven track record of leading complex R&D projects
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Experience with high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Strong communication skills for technical and executive audiences
