- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
- Manage a team of 15+ quantum physicists and engineers
- Secure $20M+ in government and private funding
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years leading quantum computing research teams
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems
- Strong background in information theory
