Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and simulation frameworks
- Published work in Nature/Science or equivalent journals
- Proficiency in Python/C++ and quantum SDKs (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Track record of securing R&D funding ($500K+)
