Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization problems in cryptography and machine learning
- Lead experimental validation of quantum supremacy claims using proprietary 300-qubit processors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Author peer-reviewed publications for Nature Physics and IEEE journals
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum error correction techniques
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants from NSF and DARPA
- Present findings at global quantum summits including World Economic Forum Davos
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (postdoc preferred)
- 3+ years experience with quantum circuit simulation using Qiskit or Cirq
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological quantum computing
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware systems
- Strong background in linear algebra and group theory
- Patents in quantum communication or quantum-resistant cryptography
- Security clearance for government-funded quantum projects
