Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Quantum Information
- 3+ years hands-on quantum programming (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Published research in Nature/Science/Physical Review journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with superconducting or photonic qubit systems
- Deep understanding of Shor's/Grover's algorithms
- Security clearance or ability to obtain (government projects)
- Patent record in quantum computing innovations
