Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for complex computational problems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research with published work
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE, etc.) and quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, probability, and complexity theory
