Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Conduct cutting-edge research in quantum error correction and coherence techniques
- Collaborate with hardware teams to develop scalable quantum processor architectures

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience

- Strong publication record in quantum computing or adjacent fields
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error correction principles
- Experience with NISQ-era hardware and cloud quantum platforms
