Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications

- Publish breakthrough findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Secure federal and private funding for quantum computing research projects
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation through experimental prototyping
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum computing specialization
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum hardware design
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Experience with quantum simulation frameworks and high-performance computing environments
- Ability to secure research grants and manage multi-year projects
