Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for complex computational problems
- Lead experimental validation of quantum circuits on superconducting qubit systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions with classical computing frameworks
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to our quantum computing curriculum
- Secure and manage research partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum computing research
- Expertise in superconducting qubit manipulation and cryogenic systems
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Python and high-performance computing
- Ability to secure research grants and funding for quantum initiatives
