- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design next-generation quantum processors and control systems.
- Secure and manage multi-million-dollar research grants from federal agencies and private foundations.
- Mentor junior researchers and drive quantum literacy initiatives across academic and industry partnerships.
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of quantum research experience.
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit optimization.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, Quantum) or industry white papers.
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction, topological qubits, and quantum annealing.
