Responsibilities

- Lead experimental validation of quantum systems using superconducting qubits and photonic processors
- Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate quantum acceleration into machine learning pipelines
- Publish high-impact research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and secure federal research grants from NSF and DARPA
- Drive quantum cybersecurity solutions for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum computing specialization
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong publication record in quantum information science
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Security clearance or eligibility for government research contracts
