Responsibilities

- Publish research in leading quantum computing journals and conferences
- Secure external funding through DOE/NIST grants and industry partnerships
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum physics and computational theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or hardware implementation
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments and HPC frameworks
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and information theory
- Experience with cryogenic systems or photonics lab equipment preferred
