Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead experimental validation of quantum computing systems on superconducting platforms

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum computing specialization
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Quil)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments and parallel programming
- Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally between hardware and software teams
- Experience securing federal or corporate research grants preferred
